Amber organized this Thanksgiving Morning race
last year and it looks like it's officially a tradition now. It's a 2 or 4 mile run/walk around her neighborhood in Lehi. Julia and I walked the 2 miles along with Dad while the others ran the 4 miles.
It was a cold, wet morning, but the rain cleared up during the race. We warmed up with hot chocolate afterward while the kids ran their race around the block. I always love a race on this holiday - it seems the perfect way to prepare for
the feast!
We will certainly run this one each year we are in town for Thanksgiving. Thanks for establishing such a close, affordable race, Amber! (It was $2 or $8 with a fleece headband. You won't find a better deal anywhere.)
