Eagle Mountain North Stake 5k

Our ward still reigns as champion of this stake 5k. Go Eagle's Gate 1st! We really like this course and often run it as a good 3 mile workout. I came in as the first women overall and Jonny was ??????????????

Alpine Days 5k

I am writing about this months later, but I believe Jonny was first in his age group and so was I. We love this race and this year was no exception. The kids look forward to it. Thanks to Katy who watched the kids at the park while we ran. And thanks to Mom for the whole wheat pancakes at her house afterward!
